Who is this program best for?
- Your startup is past the stage of first customers and you have some reasonable income every month, but you’re growth goes slow or you’re hitting a growth ceiling.
- You should be willing to commit the time to work on & really change your current marketing. It might mean dropping certain channels that don’t work and adjust your focus to the most important matters.
This program helps you get clarity on your growth path, whether you’re just starting to formalize your marketing or already running campaigns that need optimization.
Is this group coaching, 1-on-1 or an online course?
This is a complete 1-on-1 program, between your startup and me directly, because this requires hands-on expertise to understand what your strategy should be, while group coaching or online videos would put the burden on you to actually do the heavy work and define your strategy.
How much time will I need to commit each week?
Expect to dedicate 6-10 hours weekly, including our sessions and implementation work. The program is designed for busy founders with flexibility around your schedule, but I also expect that this program will take away other marketing & business work that you already had to do during the week.
I'm not tech/data/marketing-savvy - will this work for me?
Absolutely. The program is specifically designed to help founders develop practical growth skills and overcoming obstacles regardless of background. Many of my most successful clients started as founders in their field of passion, like fashion, mathematics or finance.
What if my marketing data or analytics isn't set up properly yet?
Perfect timing! We’ll set up proper tracking in the first phase of the program, so you’ll start making data-driven decisions rather than guesses.
Do you work with my specific industry/business model?
